Where the money goes
What the membership actually buys is paperwork — prior authorisations, appeals, keeping the prescription current. Ro is genuinely good at it, and for a patient whose insurer is willing but obstructive, that work has real cash value.
Membership-first telehealth service. Ro exited compounded GLP-1s and now routes patients to FDA-approved branded medication, billed separately from the membership.
What the same money buys elsewhere
