At $79 a month with medication included, Noom’s microdose semaglutide is the smallest number on this entire site: about $948 a year.
It is also the most easily misunderstood. Microdosing uses doses well below those tested in the STEP trials. Comparing $79 microdose against $99 full-dose compounded semaglutide is not a price comparison — it is two different treatments sharing a drug name.

The reasoning behind it is defensible: fewer side effects, a gentler ramp, more weight on habit change. Paired with Noom’s coaching, it suits people who found full doses intolerable. The standard Noom Med tier at $149 a month covers conventional dosing.
