Is Zealthy legit?
A real business with a real prescription requirement. The question worth asking is what it dispenses and what it bills — $216 a month.

How we make money: one company on this page — Coreage Rx — pays us a commission when a reader signs up through our link. It buys them nothing else: not a better score, not a higher place in the table, not the removal of a single criticism. Our scoring method and full disclosure are both public.
Short answer: Zealthy is a real, operating telehealth business that requires a prescription and a clinician review, and there is nothing in what we checked to suggest otherwise. The longer answer is about what exactly it dispenses and what it charges.
"Legit" tends to mean two different things when people search it. One is "will I be scammed" — and on that, Zealthy behaves like a legitimate business. The other is "is what I am being sold what I think it is", and that is the question worth more of your time.
What we verified
- First month advertised at $39.
- Compounded semaglutide priced from about $151/month.
- Compounded tirzepatide priced from about $216/month.
- Where insurance covers branded semaglutide, patient cost can fall to roughly $25/month.
All checked 2026-09-18 from published sources.
The five-point check
- Requires a prescription and a clinician review. Yes — Zealthy routes intake through a licensed clinician before anything ships. Any seller that does not is the single clearest warning sign in this market.
- Dispenses FDA-approved medication. No — this is a compounded preparation, which the FDA has not reviewed for safety, effectiveness or manufacturing quality. That is true of most low-cost programmes and is not by itself a mark against them, but you should know it.
- Names its compounding pharmacy. Not publicly. Ask before you order, and ask whether it is a 503A pharmacy or a registered 503B outsourcing facility.
- Publishes its ongoing price. Yes, and the advertised figure matches what you are billed.
- States what happens on cancellation. Less clearly than we would like. Check the terms before prepaying a multi-month plan.
What "compounded" means here. A compounding pharmacy prepares the medication against an individual prescription. It is legal and long-established, but the preparation itself is not FDA-approved. Since the shortages resolved the rules have narrowed considerably — see is compounded still legal.
What it costs, plainly
| Zealthy | |
|---|---|
| Advertised from | $216 |
| Membership | None |
| Billed monthly | $216 |
| Per year | $2,592 |
Where it falls short
- The $25/month figure depends entirely on insurance approval and is not a cash price.
- Support is spread across a wide range of unrelated conditions.
Red flags we did not find
- No prescription requirement — not the case here.
- Medication sold as "research chemicals" or "not for human consumption" — not the case here.
- Prices far below every other seller, which usually signals an unlicensed source.
- No way to contact a clinician after purchase.
- No named clinical leadership anywhere on the site.

Our verdict
Zealthy is legitimate in the sense most people mean. Whether it is *right* for you is a separate question, and it comes down to the $216 a month and the $25/month figure depends entirely on insurance approval and is not a cash price. Our full assessment is in the Zealthy tirzepatide review.
